In 2011, JSWeb became a 'SYKES International' Web services provider and since then have been heavily involved in a number of key SYKES projects helping meet their Global Customers' website needs.

Procter and Gamble
One such Project delivery has been for 'Procter and Gamble' - Pampers division (located in the Nordic Region - Sweden, Norway and Finland), to launch a Pampers Loyalty Scheme.

The website solution provided by JSWeb works in conjunction with P&G's globally known Pampers Village and allows Pampers' customers to enter special codes from P&G Pampers products to earn points. As a customer's points total increases they are able to choose and order from a range of Free Gifts.

During the order checkout process, all delivery information is captured and on order success is passed automatically to SYKES's Order and Shipping System to ensure products are dispatched on time to each customer.

As part of this project JSWeb also worked closely with ATOS, providers of the Pampers Village to ensure full Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality and integration, thus providing a complete end-to-end solution.
