JSWeb is closing

Existing clients can continue to access historic invoices through the JSWeb client portal until
15 September 2026.

Existing licensed modules

Existing licensed JSWeb products are being transitioned to the Junction Solutions licensing service as part of the closure of JSWeb. Existing licences will continue to be supported as JSWeb services transition to Junction Solutions.

Where JSWeb has maintained your website and we have the necessary access, any required licensing update will normally be carried out for you. In some cases, particularly where an older website or module version is in use, an update or other changes may be required.

If you find that a licensed JSWeb module has stopped working, please contact Junction Solutions as a matter of urgency.

If you have received your welcome email for the new Junction Solutions client area, please log in and open an Emergency Support ticket. Otherwise, please contact us through the Junction Solutions website.
